Hatice Kübra Dayı is graduated from Trakya University Health Faculty Midwifery Department in 2003 and graduated from Anadolu University Health Institutions Management Department in 2007. She completed her master’s degree in Health Management at Okan University in 2015. In 2017 she completed her Health Management Doctorate course period at Okan University, her doctorate education dissertation period and her Istanbul University Sociology Department education continues.

In her corporate business life which started in 2003, she worked as a clinician, specialist, educator and ma- nager in various companies. In the delivery room she respectively worked as Clinician midwife, educator and quality leader & quality spokesperson at Medicana Çamlıca Hospital, Assistant Manager of Nursing Ser- vices Responsible for Education and Quality, Supervisor, JCI Accreditation Hospital Quality Trainer, Quality

Internal Auditor, Quality Coordinator at HHM, Quality Leadership, Quality Documentation Responsibility duties, she established the first training department and clinical training leadership / clinical training nursing model.

As a Clinician (Operating Room Nurse) in Acıbadem International Hospital, which she started in 2008; reached the Advanced Specialization level in all surgical branches. (8 years) She assumed the duties of JCI Accreditation Clinical Quality and Training Leadership in the Operating Room.

In 2016, at Median Hospital Group she worked as Nursing Services and Business Director, 2016-2019 Biruni University Hospital and Biruni Dental Hospital Founding Training and Organizational Development Manager & Internship Coordinator, Student Clinical Practice Coordinator (Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Health Sciences, Faculty of Pharmacy, SHMYO) and at Biruni University she started her academic life as a lecturer.

Later, she worked as a lecturer at Arel University and as the Founding Business and Nursing Services Manager of Yeşilköy Surgical Medical Cen- ter. At Atlas University in Faculty of Medicine, she worked as the Training and Quality Coordinator at Medicine Hospital and as Pandemic Clinic Coordinator during the pandemic process.

She started her career as the Founding Deputy Director of Private Küçükçekmece Hospital and the Director of Nursing Services in January 2021, and continues simultaneously with her academic life. At USAL Consulting, she provides Health Management Consultant and provides Certificate Trainings in many health fields at SEMs of various universities.
