Neslihan Kahraman is graduated from Uludağ University Faculty of Medicine in 1991, joined Marmara University in 2005 and completed her master’s degree in Health Institutions Management. Having a certificate of Family Medicine and Workplace Medicine, Kahraman started her corporate business life in 1991 and has worked in many positions in various companies.

After the medical period she worked in Yapı Kredi Sigorta A.Ş. General Directorate as a Health Services Manager, Health Services Project Manager, (Risk evaluation, Compensation Management, Network Management) (1999-2009), in Universal, Alman and Vatan Hospitals Group, Corporate Marketing (Contracted Institutions, International Marketing and Operations), Strategic Planning and Business Development Director, Executive Vice President, Board Member (2009-2010), Executive Board Member in Medicalpark Hospitals Group, Contracted Institutions Coordinator-CCO (International Marketing and Operations, Pricing, Contracted Institutions, Patient Services), BTN Insurance Agency Consultancy (Medicalpark organization) (2010-2014), in Kolan Hospitals Group, Group Deputy General Manager (2014- 2019), Medicine Hospital Chairperson of the Executive Board, CEO (2019-April 2020) . She is currently advising Ihlas Holding’s Turkiye Hospital.
