Mustafa Tacar is graduated from Istanbul University, in Faculty of Engineering from the Department of Geological Engineering in 1993, he completed his master’s degree in Management and Finance at Istan- bul University in Faculty of Business in 1996.

He started his business life in 1994 in a family business operating in the field of foreign trade. In 1997 with Tacar Group, which it’s his own initiative that had received the Turkey representatives of various world brands. Until 2008, his activities in the field of foreign trade continued with 20 different countries in the Far East and South Asia region.

By observing the health tourism activities during his visit to Malaysia and India, with the aim of creating a vision of Turkey’s health tourism in 2009, he established an association named TUHETO –Turkish Health Tourism Organization. TUHETO, has implemented a lot of promo- tional activities, workshops, trade shows and conferences with Turkey’s leading healthcare groups, in many different countries in Central Asia and the Middle East and has played an active role in forming of the sector and opening geographically.

In 2010, he established TURMEDA – Turkish Medical Agency, which is the first health tourism company. Together with TURMEDA, he has opened offices in Central Asia, in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Afghanistan and in the Balkan region, in Kosovo and Albania. Currently, regarding health tourism it is among in the leading companies of Turkey.

In 2014, he established the Kazakhstan Health Tourism Development Association. In 2014, he has established Tacar Tourism which is a He- alth Tourism Agency, officially authorized by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Turkey.

In 2015, he continued to grow in the field of health tourism with the Mercure Health company. The Group, presently carries out it’s marke- ting and promotional activities through Tacar Media.

After operating in the field of health tourism for more than 10 years, he established the investment and consultancy firm EHC Invest in 2018.

EHC Invest, provides investment, brand affiliation, strategic planning, training and consultancy services in the field of healthcare services in the Central Asia and Middle East region. It will actively take part in the expansions of investment and strategic cooperations, by virtue of one of our group companies TURMEDA’s strong structuring in Central Asia.
